Bank statement loans have taken over the
traditional stated income loans as an
alternative for borrowers who are unable
to verify their income in the traditional way
by providing the previous two years tax
returns, W2s and pay stubs.
These are non-QM loans, nontraditional
loans or expanded criteria loans that allow
other forms of documentation to prove the
ability to repay. Just as it sounds, a bank
statement loan allows the borrower to
verify his or her income with bank
statements.
While being self-employed comes with many benefits,
when looking to get a loan it can be difficult to get approved.
We offer Bank Statement Loans for self-employed borrowers
as well as those whose employment histories and tax returns
may not reflect their viability for a regular loan.
You already work hard enough for yourself,
let’s make it easy for you to get the money you need.
If you make good income but are unable to provide traditional income documentation like tax returns or W2s, a bank statement loan may be for you. Good examples are real estate agents, real estate investors, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and most self-employed individuals.

I grew up in Colorado, and still currently
reside here with my wife and two children.
I got into the mortgage industry after
attempting to purchase a home while
running my own small business- It was an
incredibly stressful process to say the
least!
Now as a loan officer I specialize in
helping self-employed folks get into new
homes, and get into better positions with
their current mortgage. I love helping
fellow Coloradans get the money they
need.
